Tappers..
The previous time i been there with my friends,they missed 1 order and my friend waited for ages before they could actually serve the food.
My friend was upset n dissatisfied, and i felt sorry for her.
I thought it was just accident, so today we went there again.
No surprise, the history happened again.
This time around i let my friend had the food first.
I thought they were more alert now, but to my despair, they weren't any better.
so i starved..
can u imagine all the other 5 friends have finished their food and yet they have not served me anything?
i even joked to my friends that i would have to take away the food and have it at home since it's "pai seh" to eat with lots of eyes staring at me, waiting for me to finish..
i was wondering how this could happen..
Is it really "face problem" that every our group of friends have lunch there, they will "purposely" forget 1 order?
or simply because the workers are incompetent, ineffective, inefficient?
i guess the latter is true..Y?
i signaled them once after they didn't serve me for long, and how naive i was to actually think that they would understand and check out what's going wrong in the kitchen.
but in fact, that 'dumb' never realize the mistake and acted as if nothing has happened..
OMG! how on earth could this thing happen?
luckily, at last the "alert"  captain realized the mistake and took corrective measure..
i was hoping that at least this captain could do something
but again it disappointed me to find out that the workers still could not get the message through..
until the captain went in to instruct them like teaching toddlers "abc".
though the service was really bad, i didn't lose my temper there and still smiled to the captain when he said sorry.
i don't know how i did it, but i just think that why shall i do so when it can't help to rectify the problem.
it will only show that my EQ is not good in front of my friends..
frankly, they need to study management skills, as we do .
maybe i can teach them how to be more effective and efficient.

Shall i give them another chance in future?
maybe yes, since the price is cheap, good for us poor students..
